1. Controller and scope

This policy covers the public website www.digihoreca.it; the software platform and its subdomains involve separate processing. See the Privacy Policy for form submissions and other processing.
2. Cookies and services used
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use Cookiebot CMP, provided by Usercentrics A/S, to collect, record and respect cookie choices. The necessary CookieConsent cookie remembers preferences for up to 12 months. Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, distributes Cookiebot and measurement tags. The container loads when the website opens and connects to Google servers; this does not constitute consent to Analytics. Analytics tags require consent to the Statistics category.
When you use the animation pause control, the website stores that choice in browser localStorage under digihoreca.motion.paused, until you change or delete it. This local storage only respects your requested setting and does not track visits.
Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, measures visits and successfully submitted demo requests only after consent to Statistics. It processes browser identifiers, visited pages, visit sources and technical browsing information. We do not send form names, email addresses, telephone numbers or messages to Analytics. We do not use User-ID, Google Signals or automatic collection of user-provided data. The service uses pseudonymous identifiers and is not described as anonymous.

Browsers may limit the effective lifetime; Analytics cookies may be updated on subsequent visits. Analytics user and event data retention is set to 2 months, without resetting on new activity. No Google Ads tags, Meta pixels or other advertising pixels are currently active. The Marketing category in the banner does not mean those tools are installed. Introducing them will require updating the inventory, notices and consent configuration.
3. Giving and withdrawing consent
Optional categories are initially disabled. You may reject all, accept all or choose categories in the banner, which is always in Italian. Inaction, scrolling and browsing do not constitute consent. Refusing cookies does not prevent browsing or submitting the form.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. No further Analytics events are sent after withdrawal; withdrawal does not automatically erase data previously collected lawfully. You may also delete cookies in your browser settings. Necessary preference cookies do not require consent; statistical cookies are used on the basis of consent under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Recipients, transfers and rights
The listed providers and their subprocessors may process data, including through access or transfers outside the European Economic Area. The conditions and safeguards under Chapter V GDPR apply, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact the Controller for information on safeguards and to exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability rights, subject to the applicable conditions. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
5. Inventory and updates
The dynamic list below shows cookies detected by Cookiebot scans, including provider, purpose and lifetime. Scans are periodic: the list may need refreshing after technical changes. This policy is updated when tools or purposes change.
